We feel very lucky to have found James as our real estate agent. The negotiating and buying of our house in Port Orchard went very smoothly. He was ‘on the job’ without ever being pushy, Our next step is putting our current house on the market and we’re looking forward to having James as our listing agent.
I know James is very busy and occasionally when I called, his voice mailbox would be full. Technology being what it is, he would know who had tried to leave a message and would get back to us quickly.
I would definitely recommend James to my Kitsap county family and friends if they needed a real estate agent. He cares about his clients!

However the bottom line is that he negotiated a home, and a rehab loan for me that has so much built in equity, that I am a tad embarrassed about it!
